Why should you have your own personal training program?

Do you have a goal with your training but find it difficult to get there on your own? Or maybe you just feel lost and want some structure and routines in your workouts? There’s nothing worse than feeling like you are wasting time. Having a personal training program provides you with structure so that you aren’t wondering what to do next or just reverting back to the same cardio equipment over and over again. Your program will tell you which exercise to do, how many reps, how many sets, etc. We offer personalized solutions for both regular training programs and programs based on crossfit. Or maybe you want a program based on something else, like technical skill? I'm sure we'll find the best possible setup just for you.

How does it work?

When you're interested in a personal training program, you start by filling out the form below, and after that we can take the first step towards finding out just what kind of program you need. Based on your answers, I find out more about you, your current training routines and your goals. After that, I'll contact you with more questions, and we can discuss how to set up your training most effectively. After that I'll ask you to make a personal profile at builtbynordberg.com membership portal, in that way l can deliver the program directly to your profile.

Price:

Before you decide if you want to buy a personal training program, we'll give you a price proposal. We calculate the price based on the time it will take to design the program, the program's technical difficulty and depending on how many training sessions you want each week. You can choose to have an on-going program, or a time-bound program for example 12 weeks.

Partner program

If you and your partner would like to order a personal partner program, that's totally doable! I have made a lot of partner programs, and think that the fact that you get to work out with someone who stands you close can..

I have a Crossfit partner program and a home-workout partner program but we do not offer them directly on the webshop yet. Coaching:

Note that I am a Crossfit level 1 coach. If you want coaching regarding your personal training program, we can meet at the Crossfit box I run together with my colleague Kajsa Ojala, Crossfit Jeppis in Jakobstad. This also applies to you who do not have a program based on Crossfit. An hour of personal coaching costs 50 €.
