SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription service for crossfit athletes who want to reach that next milestone in their training. Once you subcribed you get a new weekly program every Sunday. You can choose between joining BUILT by Nordberg GOLD or BUILT by Nordberg SILVER. If you aren't sure which group you should join, you can order example weeks of the programs here.
GOLD is for you who want to invest in your training and see fast and sustainable results. GOLD involves a new training schedule every Sunday, 5 workouts (60-90min session) + 2 optional exercises a week. This subscription is mainly for those who have practiced Crossfit for a long time and want to be able to qualify for competitions in the future. After you have signed up for this subscription you can directly log on to builtbynordberg.com membership portal and from then on have access to the program.
SILVER is the group for you who want to take your regular Crossfit box training to the next level. SILVER involves a new training schedule every Sunday, 3 workouts (60-90min session) + 2 optional exercises a week.
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Do you have a goal with your training but find it difficult to get there on your own? If so, a personal training program from BUILT by Nordberg is exactly what you need.
We offer personalized solutions for both regular training programs and programs based on crossfit. When you order a personal training program, you start by filling out a form so I can find out more about you, your life situation and your current training routines. After I have received your answers, I'll contact you and we will discuss further.
COMPLETE WOD PROGRAM
This service offers a complete WOD (workout of the day) program that stretches throughout the month. When you order a complete WOD program for your box it means that you outsource the programming task. All extra work regarding programming is off your table so you can focus 100% on coaching your members
