HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. FILL OUT THE FORM
When you decide to take the step and invest in yourself by ordering a personal training program, you’ll start by filling out our form which you find on our Personal training program page
2. I CONTACT YOU
Based on your answers, I get the more basic information about you, your current training routines and your goals. After that, I’ll contact you and we’ll go through the more essential questions, and discuss how to set up your training most effectively, how many workouts you need each week, the price of the program and for how long you want to have a personal program
3. YOU'LL MAKE A PROFILE
After that I’ll ask you to make a personal profile at builtbynordberg.com membership portal
4. I DELIVER
When the programs first weeks are programmed and done, I deliver the first week directly to your profile. After that you’ll get a new weekly program every sunday. You can choose to just have the program on your mobile/ipad during the workout or you can download and print it
5. FOLLOW UPS
We’ll have close contact so I can follow up on your training, keep up with your development and see if/how we need to change the programs structure in order to get maximum efficiency etc. If you just want to get in touch when there’s something special you want to talk about, that’s also okay!
1. GOLD OR SILVER?
The first thing you need to do is to decide if you want to subscribe to GOLD or SILVER. If you aren’t sure which group you should choose, you can order a example week or read more about the programs on the subscription page. If you still aren’t sure, feel free to contact me and I’ll help you decide.
2. SIGN UP
To sign up for our subscriptions are easy! Just click on the SIGN UP button on the group you want to join, fill in your information, choose your payment method and that’s it!
3. WELCOME TO THE TEAM
Your now a part of the BUILT by Nordberg team! You have your own profile, where you every Sunday get the new GOLD or SILVER weekly program. You can set a profile picture and choose if you want your profile to be private or public for other members to see.
4. TIME TO DO THE WORK
Directly when you log in on your profile you’ll get the weeks program and it’s up to you to do the work! I’m not going to follow up on your training on a personal level, but I want you to feel free to contact me if you want to talk about something or if you have any questions! I love to workout with other team members, so if you are in Jakobstad and want to come to Crossfit Jeppis and do a workout, contact me and we’ll set a date!
